Cookie Policy

Version 1.1 — Effective from October 19, 2026

This Policy explains what cookies are, which ones the Talent2 platform (the "Platform"), operated by Talent2.AI Inc, a corporation organized in the State of Delaware (USA), uses, and how you can manage them. It complements the Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) are small files a website stores on your device to remember information about your visit. When they can identify you, using them is processing of personal data under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and, where applicable, the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC and the GDPR.

2. How we ask for consent

  • Strictly necessary cookies are always set, because the Platform cannot work without them. For that reason they do not require consent.
  • Functional, analytics and marketing cookies are only enabled if you allow them in the banner or the settings panel. Rejecting them is as easy as accepting them, and it does not affect your access to the Platform.
  • Every choice is recorded (date, policy version and categories selected) as evidence.
  • You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
  • We will ask again if this policy changes or 6 months after your last choice.

3. Cookies we use

Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them. If we add a provider other than those listed, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent again.

4. Third-party cookies and transfers

Some analytics and marketing cookies belong to third parties located outside Colombia (e.g. in the United States). By accepting them, you authorize the international transfer of the related data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Browser controls

Besides the Platform's settings panel, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge). If you block necessary cookies, some features will stop working.
